“Being a nature lover, I spend all my weekends at Khao Yai. Also because my relatives have a house there too. I like Khao Yai for its fresh clean air, especially during late rainy season and early winter. Just sitting at the balcony with a favourite book breathing in the fresh air is quite a boost already. I never miss the music festival in winter. I have been there every year with my special person no matter how crowded it is. Listening to the music in the cool mountain breeze is so romantic. Another best thing about Khao Yai is that there are so many lovely restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries. I put on some weight every time I go there. I always stop at Chokchai Farm on the way back to Bangkok, to greet the cute calves and buy things for my friends. Apart from Khao Yai, Nakhon Ratchasima has many other interesting places to visit. Wang Nam Khiao is becoming popular, especially Khao Salat Dai where the view of the streaming fog has
earned it the nickname “Switzerland of Isan”. If you have no plan to go anywhere yet, I recommend that you visit Khao Yai with your loved one this winter. But don’t forget to reserve the room well in advance.”
