I like Krabi very much. The beaches are beautiful and the sea is clear. I fell in love with this province so completely that I could spend months living
here. It is not a surprise to find people from all
corners of the world who have travelled from afar to admire this serene archipelago of the east. Phi Phi Island, in particular, which I had visited 2 years after the catastrophic tsunami, is home to
beautiful corals which are slowly recovering from the destruction. You are in a different world while
snorkelling. The beauty was so overwhelming I
could not put into words. You need to see for
yourself. I was impressed with the violet and pink sea anemone just like the ones in the Little
Mermaid or Nemo. Apart from this, the locals are
very friendly. Whether you plan for a luxury or a back pack trip, the hospitality of the people there will make you feel safe and comfortable during
your stay. What I also like is that there are lots of cool and tasty restaurants around town, and such a great variety too:, American, Italian or local food like spicy rice noodle in curry (khanomchin) and fresh seafood. If I have some free time I would certainly go there again. So many unseen attractions to visit and I have never been there.
